Abishek Chandrasekar (Abi) is a cinematographer from Chennai, India, with a career in the South Indian film industry since 2013. He has collaborated with renowned filmmakers, including Oscar-winning composer A.R. Rahman and cinematographer Santosh Sivan ASC ISC. In 2016, Abi moved to Los Angeles for a Master Class with acclaimed cinematographers like David Mullen and Paul Cameron. He holds an Associate's degree in Film Production from Santa Monica College and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Hindustan University. Abi owns and operates Kinarri Films, a video production company in Chennai, where he serves as a creative producer and cinematographer, focusing on freelance work for feature films, music videos, and commercials.
